Everyone’s favorite hero slaying skeleton is once again ready for action. This time, his newest challenges are coming to Nintendo Switch. Today, NEOWIZ’s hit action hack-and-slash roguelike, Skul: The Hero Slayer has released the newest, free, expansion for the Nintendo Switch. Titled “The Dark Mirror”, the expansion is bringing a host of new content to the game. From new challenges, to an all new story and map. Of course, a press release provides more details on the Switch version of the expansion. Additionally, players can check out the launch trailer for the expansion to get a better look at what’s in store.

Skul: The Hero Slayer is an action platformer that places players in the role of Skul. Skul is a little skeleton warrior with a special ability. In fact, his ability lets him wear other skulls on his head to gain their abilities. Importantly, he can wear more than one, and combining two of them can create devastating combos.

With the introduction of the Dark Mirror Expansion players can look forward to a whole new hard mode. However, that isn’t all. Players can also expect changes to the reward system, a whole new story, and brand new levels. Additionally, there is new item effects for many of the skulls and other items in the game. Finally, there is also new changes to levels, enemies, adventurers, summons, and more.
